This two-hour session, run by accredited trainers from St John Ambulance Tasmania, will equip you with the skills to perform basic CPR and use a defibrillator, treat shock, bleeds, and common medical conditions, and deal with fire related injuries such as burns and smoke exposure. All you need to bring is yourself, a notepad, and a pen.
